CleanExpert ("we", "the app") is a phone cleaner utility. We do not collect, store, or sell any personal data ourselves. All scanning, cleaning, and encryption happen entirely on your device. The app displays ads provided by an advertising partner, which may process limited device data as described below.

1. Data We Do NOT Collect

• No account registration, no phone number, no email
• No precise location data
• No contacts, call logs, or SMS
• No analytics or tracking SDKs of our own
• No file contents ever leave your device

2. Permissions Explained

• All files access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required to scan and delete junk files (cache, residual files, obsolete APKs, thumbnails, logs) in shared storage, and to clean WhatsApp/Telegram media you select. Files are deleted only after your confirmation.
• Query installed packages (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES): Used to show the app manager list and to detect residual folders of uninstalled apps.
• Usage access (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS): Used by Phone Boost / CPU Cooler / Battery Saver to identify recently active background apps so they can be stopped. Statistics never leave the device.
• Notification access: Optional. Used only to hide junk/spam notifications when you enable Notification Cleaner.
• Post notifications: Used only for the optional daily cleaning reminder.

3. Private Vault

Files you import into the Private Vault are encrypted with AES-256 (key derived from your PIN via PBKDF2) and stored locally in a hidden folder on your device. The encryption key never leaves your device. We cannot access, read, or recover your vault files. If you forget your PIN, the files cannot be recovered — this is by design for your privacy.

4. No Ads, No Third-Party SDKs

CleanExpert is completely free and contains no ads. We do not integrate Google AdMob or any other advertising network, and we do not include third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. No advertising ID, IP address or usage data is collected, shared with advertisers, or sent to any server.

5. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from children.

6. Your Regional Privacy Rights

European Economic Area / United Kingdom (GDPR)
The app holds no personal data: no account, no analytics, no advertising SDK, no advertising ID processed. Your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) therefore apply to no stored personal data — there is nothing for us to retrieve or delete.

California, USA (CCPA / CPRA)
We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not process sensitive personal information. No device identifiers are collected or shared for advertising or any other purpose.

Brazil (LGPD)
We process no personal data at all — no advertising identifier, no analytics, no account and no personal records. There is nothing to request or delete, though you are always welcome to contact us with questions.

India (DPDP Act) and other regions
No personal data is collected or stored by us in any region. All file processing stays on your device.

CleanExpert ("ऐप") एक फ़ोन क्लीनर टूल है। हम खुद कोई निजी डेटा एकत्र, संग्रहीत या बेचते नहीं हैं। सभी स्कैनिंग, सफ़ाई और एन्क्रिप्शन पूरी तरह से आपके डिवाइस पर होता है। ऐप में विज्ञापन पार्टनर द्वारा विज्ञापन दिखाए जाते हैं, जो सीमित डिवाइस डेटा प्रोसेस कर सकता है (नीचे देखें)।

1. हम यह डेटा एकत्र नहीं करते

• कोई अकाउंट रजिस्ट्रेशन नहीं, कोई फ़ोन नंबर या ईमेल नहीं
• कोई सटीक लोकेशन डेटा नहीं
• कोई कॉन्टैक्ट, कॉल लॉग या SMS नहीं
• हमारा कोई अपना एनालिटिक्स या ट्रैकिंग SDK नहीं
• फ़ाइलों की सामग्री कभी भी आपके डिवाइस से बाहर नहीं जाती

2. अनुमतियों का विवरण

• सभी फ़ाइलों का एक्सेस: साझा स्टोरेज में जंक फ़ाइलें (कैश, अवशेष, पुराने APK, थंबनेल, लॉग) स्कैन और हटाने तथा आपके चुने हुए WhatsApp/Telegram मीडिया की सफ़ाई के लिए आवश्यक। फ़ाइलें केवल आपकी पुष्टि के बाद ही हटाई जाती हैं।
• इंस्टॉल किए गए पैकेज की जानकारी: ऐप मैनेजर सूची दिखाने और अनइंस्टॉल किए गए ऐप के अवशेष फ़ोल्डर पहचानने के लिए।
• उपयोग एक्सेस: फ़ोन बूस्ट / CPU कूलर / बैटरी सेवर द्वारा हाल के सक्रिय बैकग्राउंड ऐप पहचानने के लिए। आंकड़े डिवाइस से बाहर नहीं जाते।
• नोटिफिकेशन एक्सेस: वैकल्पिक। केवल नोटिफिकेशन क्लीनर चालू करने पर जंक नोटिफिकेशन छिपाने के लिए।

3. प्राइवेट वॉल्ट

वॉल्ट में इम्पोर्ट की गई फ़ाइलें AES-256 से एन्क्रिप्ट होकर आपके डिवाइस के छिपे फ़ोल्डर में सुरक्षित रहती हैं। एन्क्रिप्शन कुंजी डिवाइस से कभी बाहर नहीं जाती। PIN भूल जाने पर फ़ाइलें वापस नहीं मिल सकतीं — यह आपकी गोपनीयता के लिए जानबूझकर ऐसा बनाया गया है।

4. विज्ञापन (Google AdMob)

ऐप में Google AdMob द्वारा बैनर और इंटरस्टीशियल विज्ञापन दिखाए जाते हैं। विज्ञापन दिखाने, वैयक्तिकृत करने और मापने के लिए Google स्वतः प्रोसेस कर सकता है: विज्ञापन ID (GAID/IDFA), IP पता, डिवाइस मॉडल, OS संस्करण, मोटा स्थान (देश/क्षेत्र) और विज्ञापन इंटरैक्शन डेटा।

यह डेटा Google की अपनी गोपनीयता नीति के तहत प्रोसेस होता है, केवल विज्ञापन और विज्ञापन मापन के लिए उपयोग होता है, आपकी फ़ाइलों या वॉल्ट से कभी नहीं जोड़ा जाता, और हमारे द्वारा कभी संग्रहीत नहीं होता। आप अपनी डिवाइस सेटिंग में विज्ञापन ID रीसेट कर सकते हैं या वैयक्तिकृत विज्ञापन बंद कर सकते हैं।
